Privacy Policy

This policy explains how XCEL ONSITE SUPPORT LTD handles personal data collected through xcelosupport.com. This site is a single landing page for our brands and a contact form. We do not sell products here, run user accounts or send newsletters from this site.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, email address, the brand you are enquiring about, your message, and your consent to be contacted.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser type and the date and time of your visit, recorded automatically by our hosting server for security and to keep the site running.
• Cookies: strictly necessary cookies, plus analytics cookies only if you accept them in the cookie banner.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, follow it up. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• To keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To understand how the page is used, if you allow analytics cookies. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time through the cookie settings.

4. Who we share it with

Your enquiry is passed to the team behind the brand you select (SITEWYDE, Propia Suelo or Raw & Tonic), which may be operated by a related group company. We also use service providers who process data on our behalf under contract: our website hosting provider, the email delivery service that sends form submissions, and our business email provider (Microsoft 365). We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is covered by an EU adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to [24 months] after our last contact with you, unless the enquiry leads to a business relationship, in which case we keep the records we need for that relationship and for our legal and tax obligations. Server logs are kept for no longer than [90 days].

7. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or send it to you in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address in section 1. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy) or the data protection authority where you live.

8. Security

The site runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and form submissions are sent only to authorised recipients. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

9. Links to our brands

This page links to sitewyde.com, propiasuelo.com and rawandtonic.com. Each of those sites has its own privacy policy, which applies when you visit them.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
